About AHFIS

The Affordable Housing Finance and Investment Summit (AHFIS) is an annual event promoting solutions for rapid and revolving delivery of decent, cost-effective houses to low and medium income earners across Africa. Formerly known as the Nigeria Affordable Housing Finance and Innovation Summit (NAHFIS), the event has evolved to serve the entire continent.

Starting in 2017 as a private sector initiative powered by NISH Affordable Housing Ltd, AHFIS has grown into Africa's premier convening platform for housing finance stakeholders — from federal policymakers and regulators to private investors, developers, and grassroots communities.
